These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Appxprs platform operated by Appxprs ("we", "our", "us") at appxprs.com. By registering or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Appxprs is a SaaS platform that enables merchants, home businesses, real estate agents, and community managers to create branded QR-powered mini-apps and PWAs. Features include product catalogues, digital menus, appointment links, and a reseller/partner programme.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use this service.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Plans are billed annually at ₹12,000 + 18% GST (₹14,160 inclusive of GST) per app.
• A 30-day free trial is available without entering payment details.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are not provided for unused periods after billing; write to us within 7 days of a charge for billing disputes.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Appxprs to:

• Publish illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Infringe any intellectual property rights.
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content.
• Resell or sublicense the platform without enrolling in the official partner programme.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload. By publishing content on Appxprs, you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and deliver that content to end-users of your mini-app. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and FSSAI regulations where applicable for food businesses.

6. Partner / Reseller Programme

Partners who resell Appxprs subscriptions are bound by additional partner programme terms. Partners are responsible for their own customers and may not misrepresent the platform's capabilities. Commissions are paid as per the agreed partner schedule.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.5% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Unplanned outages will be communicated via the platform or contact email. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime beyond the value of the subscription.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings. Upon termination, your published mini-apps will go offline.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform code, UI, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of Appxprs. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Appxprs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice posted on appxprs.com. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
